Use this window to view, create, amend, delete and import gender codes used within the HR system. When the software is installed, the following codes are automatically created:

M – Male

F – Female

U – Unknown

You should not amend these codes because they are used in different functions to determine the employee’s sex -- such as in the Jane Payroll module to determine whether an employee is entitled to maternity or paternity payments.
