Set up the contact details for a template
To set up the contact details for the year-end submission, click Payroll > Module Setup > Template, select the template and click the Edit button. The Template window is displayed. Click Contact. The details you enter are attached to your submission and used by HMRC to contact you if they have any queries.
Employer name and address
These fields hold the company name and address. If they are left blank, the system picks up the company address for the current Jane Company.
Principal Contact
These are optional fields to hold the company’s contact details. These details will be transmitted as part of the P14/P35 process if they are entered.
Holding Folders
These are the names of folders to which messages created by submission processes to the governement gateway can be stored temporarily.
