Set up companies

You can use the Jane HR application to manage several companies. You must provide the company information, even if you only require one company.

To set up a company:

  1. Access the administrator functions.
  2. In the Administrator Functions window, under Setup Companies, click the New button. The Company Maintenance window is displayed.
  3. In Company Id, type the ID for the company.
  4. In Company Name, type the name for the company.
  5. Click the OK button to save the details.
  6. Click the Cancel button to close the window. The company you create is listed under Setup Companies.
