Rearranging data in the grid

Arranging the columns

You can move columns to arrange them in your chosen order by selecting them with your mouse and dragging and dropping the column in the new location. Red arrows are displayed to show you where the column will be placed.

Ordering the Data

You can sort column data in ascending or descending order. Click the column header to sort a column.  Click the column header again to reverse the sort order.

Grouping the data

Drag and drop the required column header into the grey bar above the column headings.

The data is grouped by this column and totals are displayed in the grid.  Click the - button to contract the groups and click the + button to expand the groups.

You can change the sort order by clicking the column's group button in the grey area above the column headers.

Up to four levels of grouping can be applied.

Remove a grouping by dragging the column's grouping button out of the grey area above the column headers.
