Recruitment Overview
The Recruitment module allows you to administer vacancies and candidates to the point that a role has been filled and a candidate appointed.
In its simplest form, the recruitment process will consist of the following:
- Create a vacancy from a unfilled post/role.
- Record the details of interested parties/candidates.
- Accept or reject applications, invite candidates to interviews.
- Convert the successful candidate to an employee within the system.
In addition, the system can:
- Monitor resources associated to the vacancy, such as advertising costs.
- Assist you with procedures such as rejections at various stages of the process and scheduling of multiple levels of interviews.
