The Recruitment module enables you to administer vacancies and candidates to the point that a role has been filled and a candidate appointed.

In its simplest form, the recruitment process consists of the following:

1. Create a vacancy from an unfilled activity.
2. Record the details of interested parties/candidates.
3. Accept or reject applications, invite candidates to interviews.
4. Convert the successful candidate to an employee within the system.
