Recruitment Overview

The Recruitment module allows you to administer vacancies and candidates to the point that a role has been filled and a candidate appointed.

In its simplest form, the recruitment process will consist of the following:

  1. Create a vacancy from a unfilled post/role.
  2. Record the details of interested parties/candidates.
  3. Accept or reject applications, invite candidates to interviews.
  4. Convert the successful candidate to an employee within the system.

In addition, the system can:

  • Monitor resources associated to the vacancy, such as advertising costs.
  • Assist you with procedures such as rejections at various stages of the process and scheduling of multiple levels of interviews.
