Setting up a workflow

When setting up a new workflow the first thing to consider is the process i.e. what it is that will cause a chain of one or more actions to be started. The process record primarily contains a brief description of the workflow, the qualifying criteria which must be satisfied and the first (and potentially only) action which will be performed.
