Technical Requirement - Data Conversion

When the Jane Payroll system is initially established basic information about  each employee to be included in the payroll will need to be set up. This data is usually transferred from the old payroll system using import functions to reduce the manual data entry effort involved since this always results in a certain amount of input error.

For each individual employee the following data can be provided:

1. Person Record (1 per employee)
2. Balances (1 per employee)
3. Fixed (Recurring) Payments and Deductions
4. Pensions Definition
5. Historical Pension Contributions
